Getting the Menu Item Title in an Element (or almost)

To get the Menu Item Title, can use as proxy Global > Site > Page Title (which is the same unless the Browser Page Title field is filled in in the corresponding Menu Item)

(but what is you wanted to really really get the Menu Item Title if needed ? How would you do that ?)
